Role-Based Access

Permissioning that grants document access based on a party's role, so each party sees only what it should.

The longer version

Role-based access replaces per-person guesswork with structured permissions: counsel sees legal, the surveyor sees the survey, the borrower sees its requests. It scales security across many parties without micromanagement.

Party-scoped access is what lets a lender safely invite outsiders into a deal room, and a common differentiator among data room tools.
